Join us as we open our Winter exhibition with new collections, complimentary drinks and festive flourishes to gently welcome in the season.
Our headline show ‘Quarry’ is the first display of both sculptures and paintings from over a 40 year career by public artist and stonemason Michael Disley. View new work by artists including Peter Hallam, Simon Conolly, Helen Slater, Pierre Williams, Jane Crisp, Anthony Marshall, Barbara Peirson, and James Fotheringhame amongst many new artists to the gallery such as ceramicist Louise Hick and jewellers Michael Carberry, Josephine Gomersall and Isabella Bedlington.
Enjoy a selection of activities and demonstrations by guest craftspeople that will add artisanal flourishes to your festive preparations. Including floristry by Folly & Bird, stationery by Another Loop, and Lucy Farren of Fibre Books showing you how to craft handmade paper decorations.
Finally, find out about Gingerbread Street, an enchanting exhibition of biscuity buildings returning to the gallery from 3 December.
